    Exact Part
Even tho I was told the part was obsolete, not only did these guys have 'em, it was identical to worn out one I was replacing be on the little old ladies lawn be mower next door. Not only did it arrive unexpectedly soon, I accidentally ordered a duplicate two days later, and it was processed & shipped faster than I could cancel the order! It arrived the same day as the original order! Now I have an extra I won't ever need, and no printer to print the required label for returns. And that, my friends, was the only negative portion of the show. I still give them 5 Stars because I'm hoping for an email saying send duplicate order back without printing a label and they'll put the $37.00 back on my card and give me 10 percent off my next order for posting such a glowing review. (Joking aside, they are hands-down the fastest online parts supplier I've ever encountered.)

Removed battery and holder, removed steering wheel from shaft, unbolted shroud that supports steering shaft from mower body, removed lower steering shaft clip, unbolted lower bracket, unbolted steering arm linkages, unbolted steering sector plate, slipped out steering shaft thru the bottom and reassembled reverse of above but the replacements were easier to assemble due to the steering shaft replacement not being a one piece like the original [a better design and an appreciated aftermarket upgrade!] And really appreciated the fast delivery of the parts from ereplacementparts.com I go to these guys first for all my lawn gear replacement needs and recommend them!!

sorry, I don't have the time to go step by step on this for you. it was very easy to detect how to remove parts from the mower to get to the part I needed to replace. No special adjustments were needed. Just remove some other components to get to the part and easy to replace that particular part.
