Easy repair, great part.
This part precisely replaced my broken gear case and saved me about $60.00 in buying a new edger attachment. The only issue I had was the set screw from my original gear case [and secures the gear head to the rest of the assembly] did not fit the new one and I had to find one that fit from my own supply of screws. I'd also recommend these come with a grease packet as the old one was full of grease and this new one was dry as a bone. Otherwise, it was an easy install.
