Bad packaging
The cylinder head was in very good condition. But the head gasket was just put in a mailer with nothing between it and the cylinder head .it was not broken but it was torn on one face so I went to a local store and purchased a new one.Other than that it was fast service . Thanks

Pulled motor frame then pulled head and crankcase cover then pulled piston installed new rings and reassembled.

Open the cylinder head and remove the timing gear. Reinstalled in reverse order and swapped the gaskets.
