Piece of cake, removed head and valve plate, and used a 3/16 socket to remove the reed valve bolts and cleaned off the old gaskets.

Disassembled head/cylinder unit, replaced reeds [ hex screws that hold reeds down are very small. don't lose them]. Replaced gaskets & reassembled.
