Remove the pump/ diaphragm cover. Remove the old parts and install the new parts. Re-assemble, crank and adjust the idle and the full throttle.

I took the carb off and disassembled it then cleaned with carb cleaner and reassembled.

Easily disassembled the carb. Only a screwdriver is needed. Replaced the two rubber parts diaphragm parts. The blower, which I was about to throw away, now runs like new!
