Not knowing what I would need before I tore it apart - I ordered a "complete" O-ring set from ebay because it was not available on ereplacementparts.com. It contained all of the orings for the lower part of the gun, and the nylon trigger ball, but not the exhaust on the top. I completely disassembled the gun including the trigger assembly with the exception of the top exhaust head. There were more than 20 o-rings to replace and lube inside. I found two damaged or broken but replaced them all. When it was re-assembed it still did not drive nails all the way. So I took apart the exhaust section and found the exhaust valve cracked and broken. I ordered this and the two gaskets from ereplacementparts.com and replaced them when they came. Now it works fine.
