Its purpose is to ensure that the air supplied to the unit is free of dust and other contaminants, over time it may wear out and get clogged eventually requiring a replacement. Keep in mind this high-quality foam air filter come pre-oiled to helps catch the particles, please note this durable part is sold individually.

    Oil was filling the crankcase. Was slipping when you but when it was running it was slipping when we were driving

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Adjustable Wrench

    Remove the air filter in carburetor. Cleaned all parts including needle and seat. Replaced gaskets and air filter install carburetor. Installed plug period tilted engine tilted mower at a new place friction ring on transmission. At a gas with stable.
