2. Remove power and cam unit, hands.
3. Remove cam unit covers, 6 screws.
4. Remove c ring on cammed gear.
#The c ring may disintegrate, buy 2 of these just in case!
5. Remove the reciprocating unit by hand.
6. Remove the c ring from the end of the shaft.
#The c ring may disintegrate, this is where the 2nd c ring you bought goes!
7. Slip the rear and front sliding bushing off, and the fiber sheet and clip plate off the shaft.
# Note that there is a small notch in each sliding bushing.
# They are opposed in placement, other than that they are the same.
# So order 2 front sliding bushings and use one as the rear bushing!
8. Clean everything.
9. Reassemble in reverse order. Add plenty of heavy duty grease to the sliding bushings and gears.
10. When putting the halves back together remember to open the saw seating latch and insert it through the opening in the left half of the saw, so you don't spend 20 minutes trying to figure out why the gun won't go back together!
11. There are notched guide slots for the trigger and motor wiring. Insure they are seated properly to avoid pinching and breaking when reassembling.
