This is an original part from Whirlpool, Amana, Maytag, and Crosley for use with Freezers. The evaporator fan blade blows air over the evaporator to cool the refrigerant. The most common reason for replacing the evaporator fan blade is if the fridge is noisy or loud, especially when the door is open. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the evaporator fan blade is a large flat-head screwdriver, 1/4” socket or nut driver, and a flat-head screwdriver.

Went on line and reviewed videos for repair.
Removed back cover.
Removed fan motor. (Discovered the missing blade caused the supporting rod to eat into the sides of the motor when spinning. Required a new motor. It was not just a plug and play motor wiring as shown in the manual.)
Placed fan on motor and put it back into frame.
Closed cover.
