    Worn bearings in front and rear rollers creating noisy treadmill, and worn running belt

    The running belt ripped.

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Wrench Set, I didn’t watch the repair person.

    I had to pay someone $325.00 to install the parts. It was well worth it - my treadmill is like new!

    Belt was slipping

    Socket set, Allan keys

    Loosen bed belt by end Allen screws.
    Remove cover
    Remove engine tension plate bolts
    Losen nuts from electric motor base
    Pull track up and motor up, remove old belt
    Put new drive belt in the bed belt pulley
    Place drive cylinder back in groove
    Wind belt onto motor
    Lube bed belt
    Tighten bed belt to proper tension
    Pull motor to make the drive belt snug
    Tighten motor base nuts to hand tight
    Adjust tensioner bolts to make drive belt tight
    Tighten motor base nuts with socket
    Test again
    Put cover on
    Clean up
