This is a genuine Ryobi replacement part. It is sold individually.
The belt is installed on the BD46076 Driven Pulley and the BD46015 Idler Pulley to drive the 4 x 36 Sanding Belt & 6 inch Sanding Disc on the Ryobi BD4600 Sander.
To install the belt, start with the Idler pulley and align the cogs on the belt with the grooves on the pulley. Don't put the belt all the way on the pulley just enough to so you can install it on the Driven Pulley. Then while rotating the belt and pulleys press the belt all the way on both pulleys.
This Cog Drive Belt will fit the following 3 machines.

My 20 year old bench sander needed a drive belt. I was surprised to even find one and when it arrived it was a pack of 2. Took less than 10 minutes to replace the belt.

Ryobi Sander Conversion
My Ryobi 6-inch bench sander used stick-on sanding discs. Very difficult to change. I ordered the hook and loop conversion device from eReplacement. They were unavailable from Amazon. The kit arrived on time and worked perfectly. What's not to like?

Perfect fit
The replacement belt fit my bench top machine perfectly. Not only was it the correct size but it was the same brand as the original belt, which lasted for several years.

easy application
No problem putting part on band saw. Shipping was timely and package arrived in good condition. Very pleased with customer service on phone.
I removed the guard, then started the belt on the cogs of both pulleys, rotating them and pushing the belt on. Replace the guard. I also ordered a new sanding belt and sanding disc.
1. Released sanding belt tension lever, removed old belt, replaced with new belt, placed tension lever back.
2. Turned on sander and adjusted new belt to center with adjusting knob.
3. Pealed off old sandpaper disk, removed old disk glue with razor tool and cleaned off disk mounting surface with the old disk.
4. Pealed backing off of new disk and properly adhered it evenly on to the disk mounting surface.
5. Removed the 4 Phillips head screws from the miter gauge and Allen wrench holders.
6. Installed both new holders with the 4 screws and inserted the tools into their holders.
7. Removed drive belt plastic cover (2 Philips screws).
8. Removed both Idler pulley and driver pulley (Philips screws - left handed tread).
9. Slid both pulleys and drive belt off at the same time.
10. Installed both pulleys back on the shafts they came off on in the same orientation with out the belt.
11. Placed the new belt onto the new idler pulley and partially on to the drive pulley. While holding the belt partially on a few teeth of the drive I pushed on the sanding belt in order to spin the drive belt completely on to the drive belt.
12. Tightened both pulley screws (left handed tread), making sure both pulleys were seated on their perspective shafts. I used locking pliers to hold each pulley so not to turn while tightening screws.
13. Making sure the area was free of dirt and other debris, I put the plastic drive belt cover back on properly with the two mounting Philip head screws.
14. Turned on the sanding machine and inspected both the sanding belt and sanding disk were turning true and centered.
15. The total replacement time for all the new parts took me under 30 minutes.

Used sander purchased at garage sale lacked drive belt and sanding disc and belt.
Removed drive belt cover. Roll on cogged drive belt, rotate several revolutions to ensure alignment. Actuate tensioner lever to loosen sanding rollers. Slide sanding belt onto rollers, close lever to tighten belt. Manually rotate rollers, adjust alignment wheel to ensure belt alignment on rollers. Peel off backing and apply sanding disc to sanding wheel
I took off the cover for the belt and installed the new cog belt. It took less than a minute.
