Part never left your building
FedEx label was printed, but it never left your building(according to the FedEx tracking site). Then the day after I was supposed to have it I got 4 emails at 6:58am, an RMA notice, an RMA approval, a notice of refund coming and finally statement that the refund went through. This sucks! I waited a week in prime growing season for a replacement deck and no deck or explanation as to why it didn't come. Had to go buy a new lawn tractor so I could get my grass cut before it was 6" tall. Very disappointed with your customer service when I tried to find out why.

Removed the original deck from tractor.
Some parts from old deck had to be transferred to new deck.
New deck was identical to old one but some mounting holes had to be taped.
Very pleased with Replacement Parts, good product and good shipping.
