    Wrong Part
Even though the correct model number of my Braun exhaust fan was referenced, the part did not match the original I.D., making it worthless for my need.

The part was a damper/connector for the exhaust of a bath ventilation fan. The design had been changed since I purchased the original model.

I wanted to insert just replace the damper for the exhaust fitting since the exhaust fitting to the enclosure would have required tearing up a ceiling and then replacing the drywall. So I took the new damper out of the exhaust fitting I ordered and then drilled into the pivot ears and then epoxied in some cut off finishing nails into the drilled holes so it would extend into the old exhaust (square to round) fitting on the fan enclosure. It is working but a lot of frogging around.

Just snapped the old one off and snapped the new one on. Delivery from eReplacementParts was 2 days. The new part was heavier-duty than the original. Great experience!
