Tools Used

Nutdriver

1. Put everything in the freezer into a cooler and unplug refrigerator.
2. Pull out the freezer shelf rack blocking the back of the freezer.
3. Use a nut driver to open the back. Probably could have skipped but it makes it easier to
also de-ice the freezer and get closer to the damper assembly
4. Squeeze the damper assembly where it's attached to the back of the freezer. It should
pop and pull off
5. Remove the replace the fan cover. Put the knob on so it doesn't fall off when putting
everything back together.
6. Put back of the freezer back in place with the damper piping into the hole to the fridge.
7. Snap damper back in place. Attach back onto freezer.
8. Put shelf and everything else back in the freezer. Plug it back in.
