Original scraper was worn and partially missing. One lock handle was bent and missing the curved washer.

Removed old scraper by removing the three screws and nuts with socket set and wrench.
Used pliers to straighten the snow blower frame, making small adjustments and fitting the new scraper until it was straight.
Mounted the new scraper using the original screws and nuts. The screws had to be slowly tightened working right to left to pull the scraper into place.
