  • Part fit and quality
It was great to find this part still available for my 15 year-old grill. Everything is still in good shape after many years except for the crossover tube which had rusted/burned through. Replacing this simple part will give me many more years of service. The part fit perfectly and the quality equal to the original.

    Great part good quality
It is a good piece of stainless to replace the rusty one, order the 3 screws that hold the main tubes in place because they are rusting away also.

    1. Just unscrew all the burner’s and remove only the crossover tube.
    2. Re-install the new crossover tube into the burners the same way it was before.
    3. Re-install the screws that holds the burners down. And Done, that’s it!!!
    ***note***
(It may be a little difficult if your burner screws is rusted. I had to grind mines out and replaced them with all new screws)

Weber grills are very easy to work on. I removed the side burner unit. (no tools required) Removed the control knobs and control panel.(Phillips screwdriver was required) Removed burner control assembly held in place with wing nuts. Slid burner tubes out of their normal position toward the burner controls and removed the old crossover tube. I installed the new tube and reinstalled all the items that were removed for the repair.
