    Lifted front of mower with lift,lowered the mower deck to number 1 position,raised the deck and placed on support. Then attached the link lift susp. to the support on the mower and secured it with the washer and pin cotter.

    Had to evaluate the placement of the bar as the original part had been removed and schematics did not advise WHERE the bar attached. Had to consult several Youtube videos. The belt is the best quality, toughest and best performing I have ever put on this machine.

    Original sway rod came out and was bent.

    Arm Brakes and Front lift

    Remove deck, Replace arm brakes and lift rod. Replace deck. Getting deck off and back on was the hardest part of repair.

    Tightened link bolt to level deck.

    Lift mechanism broke while mowing

    1. threaded new lever thru front mount hole
    2. pushed new lever end into mower deck mount hole
    3. placed washer on deck end of lever
    4. inserted cotter pin into deck end of lever and bend cotter pin with pliers
    5. inserted bowtie cotter pin into mid hole of lever
    6 cycled deck up and down
