    Disconnected the cord wires from the switch and the ground wire
    Connected the new cord wires to the switch and the ground wire
    Installed the cord clamp
    Installed the handle half

    Cut new cord to correct length, drilled out old connectors, soldered old connectors onto new cord, and installed cord onto saw!

    My 35 yr old cord was worn out for some reason🤔

    Removed handle assembly, disconnected old cord install new cord after soldering the ends to slip into the switch

    opened cover, loosened & removed old cord pieces, configured new wires to fit properly, attached wires properly, re-installed cover and tested the drill, basic.
