Removed carburetor, took it apart, cleaned it thoroughly with carburetor cleaner, rebuilt it with kit,and reinstalled carburetor.Be very attentive as to how choke linkage and idler linkage are positioned before taking apart! I had some trouble and a neighbor helped me figure it out. Taking a picture of it might be a good idea. Took old fuel filter off and installed new one. Also got a new air filter from ereplacementparts.

The main jet orifice in the carburetor had the screw slot stripped out and the needle valve hole distorted. I was able to get the jet out by placing the carburetor on an anvil and tap the down tube housing the jet with a light hammer. This shattered the shellac that had locked the jet to the aluminum body. I was then able to back the jet out using heavy down pressure on the screw driver. the jet locked up again at the top of the hole so I ran the jet to the bottom and used 3/8 bottoming tap to clean up the treads that had been roughed up by the previous "mechanic".

It turned out good Carburetor is good as new now!

My local dealer could not find the Carburetor Kit, Thanks for making it so easy!
