This carbon brush set is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with Bosch jig saws. Carbon motor brushes are one of the most commonly replaced power tool components. Over time carbon brushes will gradually wear away requiring replacement. It is recommended to replace both brushes at the same time. This set includes two (2) carbon brushes with lead wires attached. Please note, brush holders and springs are sold separately.
You would need a screwdriver to complete this repair.
• Make sure the equipment is unplugged
• Remove the cover
• Disconnect lead wires
• Remove old brushes
• Secure the new brushes in place
• Reassemble and test the saw
