Screwdriver, Pliers, Power Drill, Socket set, Wrench Set, Adjustable Wrench, Hand Grinder

Remove inspection cover removed left tire from
Axle Remove sprocket bolt w/nut
Removed drive Chain by removing 1 link had clean shaft with grinder
Taped of gear cleaned shaft with grinder installed New gear and roller chain had to Remove master link
To install chain reinstalled master link taped drive Axle Into Place also tighten hold-down clip on Axle also
Taped spacer out through rim and tire assembly too Axle tight from shifting put tire on also Greased roller chain and sprocket replaced inspection cover back on started and tested drive assembly checked auger and found 1 sheer pin missing replaced Snow blower Ready

Bolt broke and entire wheel lock assembly fell off and was lost.

1. Wished that the entire assembly was sold as 1 piece.
2. Assembled the parts into the entire assembly.
3. Bolted it to the axle.

replace all the parts and turn the monster loose on large amounts of snow in Minnesota to watch it fly far, far away..... thanks for having what I need to keep my snow eating machine growling in the face of Minnesota Winters like

Axle bushings wore down to where the axle had too much play and would kink the chain drive.

Screwdriver, Wrench Set, Rubber Mallet

1.Remove wheels and bottom plate
2. Utilize a screwdriver to pull worn out bushings out (retainer ring was wore completely away)
3. Put in new bushings on both sides
4. Pounded the retaining ring on both sides using a rubber mallet to push the ring all the way into the slot to hold bushing in place
5. Replaced bottom plate with new screws and lock washers
6. Wiped excess lubricant and the snow blower ran great
