Remove top hinge pin (be sure door is well supported on bottom so it won't lean over and fall.)
Lift door off of lower hing pin and set set on prepared saw horses.
Remove bracket holding the cam in place on bottom of door
Remove Cam and replace with new. Apply grease
Recommend you also remove and replace the other cam mounted on lower hinge pin
Reassemble door and hinges in reverse order listed.
