Had to take the drive belt /cable cover off. Turn mower on side and remove the drive belt and the drive pulley from the engine drive shaft, clean the parts and replace the same. The process went very well. The parts were exactly right and fit perfectly. Started engine and adjusted cable length for proper drive speed. Mower worked like new. Grandsons love mowing with it. Not bad for a 12 year old mower. Will contact you if I need anything in the future, service was timely and exact . Thanks again Ron

Unfastened cable from the housing on the handgrip throttle housing and from the bottom by the engine. Had to unscrew the bolts off the cover that protects the drive belt and then replaced it with the new cable. Then put everything back. Works great.

Removed the cover over the cable and unscrewed the top cover over the handle cover. After removing items, the cable was inserted in both ends and reattached the cover and top handle. The repair was very simple and the cable fit perfectly and no adjustments were necessary, and now the mower runs great.
