Brand new grill was missing the ignition button.
Brand new grill was missing the ignition button so I ordered one. I put in a new battery, installed the button and nothing. Not their fault or, in my opinion a defective products, but now I have to troubleshoot a defective ignition system. Its probably a grounding issue.

Thank you for your question. If your grill will not light, the parts that fix this issue the majority of the time are the button and the electrode. We would recommend checking these parts first. We hope this helps!
