My first order was delivered promptly. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. Customer service reps helped me find the correct parts by referring me to the manufacturer (Weber), easily returned the first order and had the correct order delivered promptly. All this with friendly easy conversation.

My Platinum II Weber has been discontinued for many years and I've been finding it hard to buy parts. The folks here were able to cross-reference these burners and they fit perfect! Rebuilding a grill is a dirty job but this was worth it. Thanks

    More than a repair

I have a twenty year old Weber grill that has never been inside. It was in need of attention. Over the years all that I done to it was replace a crossover tube and the flavorizer bars. I thought about replacing it with either a new Weber or another cheaper grill. First, understand I love my Weber!! I decided that a cheaper grill just wouldn't do. I decided that I wouldn't purchase a new Weber, rather rebuild the one I had.
I stripped it down, cleaned it well, power washed it, repainted the black areas with high heat and satin paint. The last step was to install all new parts, tables burners, etc. I got to keep a grill I know well and love for less than the cost of a new Weber AND less than the cost of a cheaper grill.I doubt that this is possible with many other appliances.Did I say that I love my Weber? You will too. Thank you Weber for a great product and thank you eReplacementParts for having everything I needed.

Burner tubes rotted on my 2002 Weber grill

This repair took only 20 min. All instructions needed were supplied with the new parts. The one thing that did not need was the spider guards. The new replacement tubes have been re-designed to include the spider guard as part of the tubes. This grill now works good as new. It would have cost more than 3 times the parts price to replace with a new grill.
