2. Removed the screw with a Nutdriver
3. Inserted screw and washer in new bumper foot.
4. Screwed new foot to compressor and tightened.

Fan had broken off and bumpers were gone

Actually pretty easy I took the bolt off the compressor that the fan goes on and put on the new one and returned the bolt back and was ready to go. The bumpers were easy also...I put in the new bolts I had gotten from a hardware store and installed the bumpers.
