This part is fitted within the carburetor and the diaphragm. Hoses are attached from fuel pump body to the tank and carburetor. This part is sold individually. A hex key and a wrench are often needed for the removal and replacement.

I removed the carburetor cleaned and blew it out with air hose and put all new parts back in and reinstalled. Lawn tractor runs great. Thanks.
