Removed metal frame box assembly from range hood. Unplugged necessary wiring. Removed old vent fan from metal frame assembly. Replaced with new vent fan. Reconnected all wiring. The vent fan housing was a little difficult to remove from frame assembly, but after turning it sideways it came out. The most difficult part was working at an odd angle over my glass stove top. This project required two people.
