The repair went quickly, hang on to the old part, as the plastic attachment is needed for the repair. I almost through the whole thing out and was really glad I didn't. It took me a few seconds to figure out how to make the repair, especially removing the broken whisk from the attachment part; but when I figured it out, it only took seconds. Was so glad I found this site, as I use this blender attachment every time I bake a cake, or whip egg whites. The item was shipped in a timely manner. Will research this site and order again, if something else breaks!
