    Placed the blade on the hub, then the washer and tightened the blade bolt

    Hose under side of mower.
    With a 9/16 socket and 3/8 drive ratchet loosen then remove blade hold down bolt, washer, and old blade. Wire brush blade mount. Clean and oil (grease hold down bolt.)
    Install in reverse of removal.
