in part of the casing to recall where it went. Removed the old guide arms then removed the plastic insert ( stabilizer) from the old to put in the new. Installation takes a tad of finesse but it's easy. The plastic insert is not included with the new one so don't lose the old one. Aligned pin to connect the casing.
The guide wheel on the blade support came off.

2) I separated the two halves of the body enough to extract the old part and replace it with the new part, playing close attention to how the part was seated in the tool.
3) I put the two halves back together making sure all wires and parts were in their correct spots.
4) I put the screws back in.
