This replacement scraper blade is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Simplicity and Snapper snow blowers. These scrapers are designed to clear the ground from the leftover snow. Because this part is constantly grinding against the concrete and other surfaces it will wear out over time requiring replacement. Generally, you will be able to tell that the scraper is worn because it leaves patches of snow behind the blower. Please note, paddles and scrapers are designed to wear at approximately the same rate, so it's always a good idea to replace them both at the same time. Keep in mind this high-quality 19" scraper blade is sold individually.
