Looked everywhere for a new blade til found this one at ereplacement parts. It fit perfectly and now my mower is working again.

Replace the blade and the rear deflector

    Time

    15-30 minutes

    Screwdriver, Socket set, An Awl

Nothing was broken in my case so it was a matter of loosening the nut that held the blade, removing it and placing the new blade and tighten it using a socket to finish the task.

The rear reflector was damaged so it was only a matter of removing the two screws that held it in place on the rear deck. I then placed the new deflector in place and marked the location of the openings on the rear deck with the deflector. I then used an awl to make the holes I marked. Once I was done with that I just replaced the screws again and tightened them to hold the new deflector in place.

Ordered new blade and it came very fast, it was the perfect part, went on easily. All I had to was to first remove the spark plug wire, then wedge a board in the mower to stop the blade from turning, remove the blade bolt and washers, remove the old blade. Place the new blade on the shaft, install the washers on the shaft, then tighten the blade bolt. Then replace the spark plug wire.
