Remove belt,drop deck and remove, remove pulley, remove four bolts, mandrel assembly will come right out. Reverse procedure to replace with new parts. I had to Google the owners manual to find the belt diagram as my belt had broken and I couldn't read the diagram on the deck. It took a bit more than 30 minutes total.
