    I have a Weedeater tiller purchased about 25 years ago. It still runs like a champ, a couple of pulls after sitting for a year. The belts had stretched

    Screwdriver, Wrench Set

    1. Removed belt guard by removing two nuts and loosening one.
    2. Remove nut holding tension pulley, and take pulley off axle
    3. Slip forward and reverse belts off
    4. Slip new belts on
    5. Put pulley and guard back on

    Front Tine Tiller Drive Belt Broke Poulan HDF550J front tine tiller

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Adjustable Wrench

    1. Took the cover off the belts
    2. Took one pulley off
    3. Removed a piece of metal which controlled the reverse on the tiller
    4. Removed both belts
    5. Had difficulty installing new drive belt [still not sure it's on correctly]
    6. Replaced the metal piece that worked the reverse belt.
    7. Installed the reverse belt
    8. Could not properly position the Reverse Lever
    9. Now I am stuck with an incomplete repair of my tiller
    10. There was no youtube video for my tiller model

    Removed the reverse belt and installed the new one. The hardest part was finding the belt number I needed.
