Pulley was very loose on transmission shaft and belts were extremely worn

2. Placed screw jack under transmission, removed wheels and nut and bolts holding transmission to frame
3. Lowered transmission using screw jack and removed all bars, belts and the pulley
4. Put new pulley on, secured it
5. Removed old motion belt and replaced it with new belt
6. Placed transmission on screw jack and lifted it up tp frame after positioning bars and belts to their locations. Secured all nuts and bolts.
Tractor is not finished because the carburetor needs replacing

Drive belt was worn and would not work other than first gear. Blade belt was worn, since I had to remove this belt to gain access to drive belt, why not replace.
