Parts Used
Unable to find any prior details on this failure but the head would not spin and would not turn by hand either. Removed plug with no change, also removed head, shaft and eventually the drum/clutch housing. Drum rides on two ball bearings that were siezed up. This should be less than an hour but took me almost 4 because I was not sure how everything fit and did not have the correct snap ring pliers. Overall its an easy fix but inexperience is an issue that grows experience.
