Dissassembled the router, removed the old bearing, tapped the new bearing into place. I did cause some damage to the threads into which the router chuck threads, I mushroomed the end of the male end by hitting with a hammer. I had to borrow a die to re cut the threads.

Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Bearing puller

1. Disconnected wires from switch.
2. Removed motor from frame.
3. Removed motor housing.
4. Removed bearing using bearing puller.
5. I pressed the new bearing on by sliding with a deep socket. I slid on the bearing, I then slid on the deep socket over the arbor and against the bearing. I then set the socket side on my work bench and tapped the other end over the arbor until the bearing was seated.
5. Reassembled the motor and installed the motor to frame.
