The replacement parts worked as designed and installation was easy. My first order was lost in the mail, the customer service people handled every thing so easily. Pulled up the owner's guide to determine how to put on. The first time I put it upside down so had to remove and put it back on. (The word Lawn boy was not in the correct direction to fit it on.
I have not had a chance to use the mower yet and hope that it works great and is easy to take the bag off and empty without a lot of work.
