This bag assembly is supplied by the original manufacturer for use with blower vacuums. The bag is connected to the blower vacuum tube, and it is used to store leaves and debris that are sucked in by the blower. Over time the bag may tear, wear out, or become dislodged. Replacing the bag is a simple repair that does not require the use of specialized tools. Remove the fastener that secures the bag to the equipment and pull it off. Attach the new bag to the blower vacuum tube and ensure it is well-fitted before resuming use.

Tip for prolonging the zippers on the Ryobi leaf collection bags: CUT THE STRING IN HALF THAT TIES THE 2 ZIPPERS TOGETHER. This way you can unzip each side independently and they don't get jammed as easily.
The 2 zipper system that opens a wide flap for emptying leaves is theoretically a good idea but the reality is that the zippers are cheap and they get jammed very easily. Tying the 2 zippers together compounds the problem because it creates a force pulling adjacent to the zippers rather than down in the right direction.
Now that I've figured that out I can use the Vac Attack again. It's a pretty impressive machine other than the lame bags! I also use a bungee cord to hold the lower bag attachment clip on to the vacuum tube so that it doesn't become detached.
