Find the pump you need for your pressure washer using our pressure washer parts finder.
Replacing the pump
1. Remove the old pump from the pressure washer
The pump is held onto the bottom of the pressure washer with three bolts. Remove these three bolts and the pump will come right off.
2. Remove the thermal relief valve from the old pump
On our model we will need to transfer the pressure relief valve to the new pump.
3. Install the thermal relief valve to the new pump
Use some thread tape on the valve to make sure it seals properly and install it on the new pump.
4. Mount the new pump on the pressure washer
Start by lining up the key with the key-way on the pump then rotate the pump til the mounting holes line up with the bolt locations on the motor.
Now simply fasten the new pump to the pressure washer using the three bolts that were removed in step 1.
