The thermometer is attached to your grill's lid. It reads the temperature inside the cooking chamber. Over time, water can seep into the thermometer. This water will fog the glass with condensation while you use your grill. The water can also cause mold to grow inside the thermometer.
Let's get started.
REMOVING THE THERMOMETER 1. Remove the thermometer.
a. Open the lid.
b. Remove the wing-nut securing the thermometer to the inside of the lid.
c. Remove the thermometer assembly from the lid.
d. Remove the thermometer from the bezel.
INSTALLING THE NEW THERMOMETER
2. Install the thermometer.
a. Remove the wing-nut from the new thermometer.
b. Install the new thermometer into the bezel.
c. Install the thermometer assembly onto the lid.
d. Secure the thermometer with the wing-nut.
