The side panel is part of your grill's base. It attaches between the front and rear legs, and supports the lower shelf. The plastic panel can be damaged if it strikes something, or if something falls on it.
Let's get started.
REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL 1. Remove the side panel.
a. Remove the screws securing the front and rear clamps to the side panel. (There are two screws on each clamp).
b. Carefully separate the side panel from the lower shelf and remove the side panel from the grill.
INSTALLING THE NEW SIDE PANEL
2. Install the side panel.
a. Align the tabs on the lower shelf with the openings on the inside of the new side panel.
b. Align the new side panel with the mounting holes on the front and rear legs of the grill.
c. Secure the new side panel with the new clamping brackets and screws. (Two screws on each clamp.)
