Fan blade was broke.

Remove motor from brace, and unplugged the wiring. Fan blade was not easy to remove and replace with new blade, but with a little muscle, done.

Wrong filter was on when I moved in, it got shredded by the fan, and I got tired of waiting to get it replaced. So I went online and ordered a new one.
