    I push the primer button 3X and no fuel enters the cylinder but I hear being pushed into the carb. I spray starter fluid into carb and it doesn't start. Spray starter fluid int cylinder and it doesn't start so I leave it for and hour and it starts. Is the primer button the problem. If so where can I find one.

    Replaced the needle and rubber seat, cleaned the carb really well and changed a few gaskets.

    Removed carb disassembled, removed all internal parts, completely cleaned carb body with carb cleaner. installed all new carb parts included with kit assembled to lawn mower

    Lawn mower started with first pull of starter cord.

    Cleaned carburetor and installed the carburetor overhaul kit. While I was in there I replace the air filter and spark plug. Runs like new now.

    Lawn Mower had been setting in the weather for about 7 years not running. Broken starter rope, broken kill cable, frozen engine.

    1. Ants had built a nest in the air intake all the way into the engine.
    2.Removed cover housing, air filter,carburetor, spark plug, hoses, broken kill cable, etc.
    3. Cleaned up the ant nest.
    4. Sprayed Blaster (a lot of it) into the cylinder over night and exercised the piston via the flywheel till piston moved freely.
    5. Disassembled carburetor, rodded all ports with a small wire and cleaned off as much aluminum oxide as possible (couldn't get it all).
    6. Installed carb repair kit from ereplacement and reinstalled carb and filter with new gaskets.
    7. Replaced all hoses. Replaced spark plug with new one.
    8. Installed engine kill cable from ereplacement and adjusted.
    9. Replaced oil.
    10. Disassembled pull start cord spool, cleaned, lubed, replaced cord, reassembled.
    11. Reassembled mower. Filled with gas.
    12.Primed engine. gave it a shot of starter fluid, pull the cord and, my goodness, it started and ran first time!
